The day after your first conversation with your Home Manager. Your menu and schedule are planned in that conversation, and your Home Team can start the very next day.
Behalf comes with its own Home Team, who are trained to our standard and systems, so it would not be possible for us to absorb your current staff in our processes. Your Home Manager plans the changeover with you so your home is never without help in between.
Yes. Your Home Chef and Home Keeper work six days a week, with one weekly off, and the price is for those six days. When one of them is on leave, unwell or it’s a holiday, Behalf sends trained cover, almost always with your Home Manager there to make sure your preferences are always respected.
Between 8 AM and 8 PM. Your Home Manager sets their visit times within that window to suit your home and your preference.
Tell your Home Manager and Behalf will bring in someone new. We find the replacement and train them on your home’s plan like we did in the first week, so you don’t have to do anything.
Everything about how your home runs is recorded in Behalf’s systems. Your new Home Manager learns your home from there before taking over, so you never explain it again.
Every Behalf team member is trained on the skills they need for their jobs in an intensive training camp right after hiring. The training covers conduct and privacy in depth.
There are no restrictions on cuisine or diet, vegetarian or otherwise. Your Home Manager notes everyone’s likes, dislikes and diets in your first conversation, and your Home Chef cooks to the menu you approve.
They’re paid at actual cost, separate from your monthly price. You can keep a balance in your Behalf wallet and we pay from it, or pay the vendors directly. Anything above the limit you set comes to you for approval first.
From the online stores and apps you prefer. You can also tell us where you like particular items from, and we’ll order those from there. We don’t go to shops or markets to buy anything.
We work only inside your home, so we don’t take anything out of it. For example, a repair that needs an item carried to a shop is outside the scope of what we handle. Groceries and supplies are always ordered online, with no trips to shops or markets. These are also outside our scope:
In your Home Hub. It holds your home’s plan and menu, along with the full ledger of your wallet with every bill attached. Day-to-day updates come in your home’s WhatsApp group.
Only your Home Manager has access to it. Your Home Chef and Home Keeper see only what they need for their work. All the information we have for your home is available in your Home Hub.
That’s up to you. You can give your Home Team access to your home, or they can come when someone is there.
Not for stays of up to a month. If a guest stays longer, the charge for one more person is added from then on.
You can pause it when you travel, and stop it at any time. There’s no minimum term and no notice period.
